من نحن

أورنوفيا ديكور، المنصور، بغداد ١٠٠١١، العراق (ornoviaiq@gmail.com)، هي الجهة المسؤولة عن المعلومات الشخصية الموضّحة في هذه السياسة («المتحكّم» بموجب اللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات في الاتحاد الأوروبي والمملكة المتحدة GDPR). نجمع أقل قدر ممكن من المعلومات ولا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية أبداً.

ما الذي نجمعه

الاستفسارات: عند استخدامك لنموذج التواصل نستلم اسمك ورقم هاتفك وبريدك الإلكتروني والقطعة التي تهمّك ورسالتك ولغة الصفحة.
الطلبات: عند إتمام الشراء (عبر صفحة الدفع من Shopify) نستلم اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ورقم هاتفك وعنوان التوصيل والفوترة والقطع المطلوبة وإجمالي الطلب. يتم الدفع بالتحويل داخل تطبيقي زين كاش أو كي كارد، ولا نرى سوى بيانات تأكيد التحويل (مثل اسم المرسل والمبلغ والمرجع). لا نستلم أرقام البطاقات أو كلمات المرور أبداً.
الرسائل: كل ما ترسله إلينا عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الهاتف أو إنستغرام.
استخدام الموقع: نستخدم Vercel Web Analytics الذي يحصي زيارات الصفحات بشكل إجمالي دون ملفات تعريف الارتباط ودون التعرّف عليك. يحتفظ مزوّد الاستضافة بسجلات تقنية اعتيادية (مثل عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح) لفترة قصيرة لأغراض الأمان.

لماذا نستخدمها، والأساس القانوني

لاستلام طلبك وتوصيله ودعمه، بما في ذلك إرسال رسائل الطلب والتوصيل — وهو ضروري لتنفيذ العقد معك (المادة 6(1)(b) من GDPR).
للرد على استفساراتك وتقديم النصيحة حول قطعنا — مصلحتنا المشروعة في الرد عليك، أو خطوات طلبتها قبل الشراء (المادة 6(1)(f) و(b)).
للاحتفاظ بالسجلات المحاسبية والضريبية — التزام قانوني (المادة 6(1)(c)).
لحماية الموقع ومعرفة الصفحات المفيدة بشكل إجمالي — مصالحنا المشروعة (المادة 6(1)(f)).
لإرسال الأخبار والعروض بالبريد الإلكتروني — فقط إذا وافقت على ذلك عند الدفع، ويمكنك إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت عبر الرابط في أي رسالة (المادة 6(1)(a)).

مع من نشاركها

نشارك المعلومات الشخصية فقط مع الخدمات التي نحتاجها لتشغيل المتجر:

Shopify — متجرنا الإلكتروني وصفحة الدفع وإدارة الطلبات ورسائل الطلبات.
Vercel — استضافة هذا الموقع وإحصاءات الزيارات دون ملفات تعريف الارتباط.
FormSubmit وGoogle (Gmail) — إيصال وحفظ الرسائل المرسلة عبر نموذج التواصل.
مزوّدو خدمة البريد الإلكتروني — إيصال الرسائل المرسلة من عنواننا ornoviadecor.com.
شركات التوصيل داخل العراق — تستلم اسمك ورقم هاتفك وعنوانك لتوصيل طلبك.
زين كاش وكي كارد — تعالجان تحويلك وفق شروطهما وسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بهما.
الجهات الرسمية — فقط عندما يفرض القانون ذلك.

نقل البيانات خارج العراق

يخزّن بعض هؤلاء المزوّدين البيانات خارج العراق، بما في ذلك الولايات المتحدة والاتحاد الأوروبي. حيثما تنطبق اللائحة الأوروبية، تكون عمليات النقل محمية بضمانات مناسبة مثل البنود التعاقدية القياسية الصادرة عن المفوضية الأوروبية.

مدة الاحتفاظ

الاستفسارات التي لا تتحوّل إلى طلب: حتى ٢٤ شهراً ثم تُحذف.
سجلات الطلبات والمدفوعات: طوال المدة التي يفرضها قانون المحاسبة والضرائب.
تفضيلات الرسائل التسويقية: حتى تلغي اشتراكك.
السجلات التقنية: من بضعة أيام إلى بضعة أسابيع.

ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتخزين المحلي

لا يستخدم هذا الموقع ملفات تعريف ارتباط إعلانية أو للتتبّع. تُحفظ حقيبتك في التخزين المحلي لمتصفحك لتبقى موجودة عند عودتك، وهذا ضروري لعمل الحقيبة ويمكنك مسحه في أي وقت من إعدادات المتصفح. صفحة الدفع تقدّمها Shopify التي تستخدم ملفات تعريف ارتباط أساسية خاصة بها، وقد تعرض خيارات ملفات تعريف الارتباط الخاصة بها في بعض المناطق.

حقوقك

أينما كنت، يمكنك أن تطلب منا الاطلاع على معلوماتك الشخصية أو تصحيحها أو حذفها. وإذا كانت اللائحة الأوروبية GDPR تنطبق عليك (مثلاً إذا كنت في الاتحاد الأوروبي أو المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية أو المملكة المتحدة)، فلك أيضاً الحق في:

الاطلاع على المعلومات الشخصية التي نحتفظ بها عنك والحصول على نسخة منها؛
تصحيح المعلومات غير الدقيقة؛
حذف معلوماتك عندما لا نعود بحاجة إليها؛
تقييد استخدامنا لها أو الاعتراض عليه، بما في ذلك التسويق المباشر؛
استلام المعلومات التي قدّمتها لنا بصيغة قابلة للنقل؛
سحب موافقتك في أي وقت، دون أن يؤثر ذلك على الاستخدام السابق؛
تقديم شكوى إلى سلطة حماية البيانات في بلدك.

راسلنا على ornoviaiq@gmail.com بعنوان «طلب خصوصية». قد نطلب منك تأكيد هويتك، ونرد خلال شهر واحد. تقديم الطلب مجاني.

الأطفال

موقعنا ومتجرنا غير موجّهين لمن هم دون ١٨ عاماً، ولا نجمع معلوماتهم عن قصد. إذا كنت تعتقد أن طفلاً أرسل إلينا معلومات شخصية، تواصل معنا وسنحذفها.

الأمان

يُقدَّم الموقع وصفحة الدفع عبر اتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS)، ويقتصر الوصول إلى معلومات الطلبات والاستفسارات على من يحتاج إليها. لا توجد وسيلة نقل آمنة بالكامل، لذا يرجى عدم إرسال بيانات البطاقات أو كلمات المرور عبر البريد أو الرسائل.

التعديلات

إذا غيّرنا هذه السياسة سنحدّث التاريخ في أعلى هذه الصفحة.

Who we are

Ornovia Decor, Al-Mansoor, Baghdad 10011, Iraq (ornoviaiq@gmail.com), is responsible for the personal information described in this policy (the “controller” under the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). We keep what we collect to a minimum and never sell your personal information.

What we collect

Inquiries: when you use the contact form we receive your name, phone number, email address, the piece you are interested in, your message and the language of the page.
Orders: when you check out (on our Shopify checkout) we receive your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address, the items ordered and the order total. Payments are made by ZainCash or Qi Card transfer inside those services; we only see the confirmation details of the transfer (such as the sender name, amount and reference). We never receive card numbers or passwords.
Messages: anything you send us by email, phone or Instagram.
Website usage: we use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views in aggregate without cookies and without identifying you. Our host keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for a short time for security.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

To take, deliver and support your order, including sending order and delivery emails — necessary to perform our contract with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
To answer your inquiries and give advice about our pieces — our legitimate interest in responding to you, or steps you asked for before buying (Art. 6(1)(f) and (b)).
To keep accounting and tax records — a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
To keep the website secure and understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful — our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
To send news and offers by email — only if you opted in at checkout. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the services we need to run the shop:

Shopify — our online store, checkout, order management and order emails.
Vercel — hosts this website and provides cookieless analytics.
FormSubmit and Google (Gmail) — deliver and store the messages sent through our contact form.
Our email service providers — deliver emails sent from our ornoviadecor.com address.
Delivery couriers in Iraq — receive your name, phone number and address to deliver your order.
ZainCash and Qi Card — process your transfer under their own terms and privacy policies.
Authorities — only where the law requires it.

International transfers

Some of these providers store data outside Iraq, including in the United States and the European Union. Where the GDPR applies, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not lead to an order: up to 24 months, then deleted.
Orders and payment records: for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
Email marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe.
Technical logs: a few days to a few weeks.

Cookies and local storage

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your bag is remembered in your own browser’s local storage so it is still there when you come back; this is strictly necessary for the bag to work and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings. The checkout is provided by Shopify, which uses its own essential cookies and, in some regions, shows its own cookie choices.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information. If the GDPR applies to you (for example, you are in the EU, EEA or UK), you also have the right to:

access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
have inaccurate information corrected;
have your information erased, where we no longer need it;
restrict or object to our use of it, including for direct marketing;
receive the information you gave us in a portable format;
withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier use;
complain to your local data protection authority.

Making a request

Email ornoviaiq@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we reply within one month. Making a request is free.

Children

Our website and shop are not intended for children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The website and checkout are served over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access to order and inquiry information is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission is completely secure, so please do not send card details or passwords by email or message.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
