حول هذه الشروط
تنطبق هذه الشروط على استخدامك لموقع ornoviadecor.com وعلى كل طلب يُقدَّم إلى أورنوفيا ديكور («نحن»)، وهي علامة للإضاءة النحتية والديكور الفني مقرّها المنصور، بغداد ١٠٠١١، العراق. باستخدامك للموقع أو تقديمك لطلب، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية وسياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد وسياسة التوصيل.
يجب أن يكون عمرك ١٨ عاماً على الأقل، أو أن تحصل على موافقة أحد الوالدين أو الوصي، لتقديم طلب.
قطعنا
تُشطَّب كل قطعة يدوياً، لذا فإن الفروقات البسيطة في اللون واللمعان والسطح جزء من طابعها وليست عيوباً. تُظهر الصور القطع في غرف منسّقة، والمقاسات والألوان على الشاشة دليل تقريبي وليست مطابقة تماماً. الأبعاد تقريبية.
مصابيحنا مصمَّمة للاستخدام الداخلي. استخدم فقط المصابيح ومحوّل الكهرباء المرفقة أو الموصى بها، وأبعدها عن الماء ومصادر الحرارة، ولا تفتح الأجزاء الكهربائية أو تعدّلها.
الأسعار
تُعرض الأسعار بالدينار العراقي وتشمل أي ضرائب مطبّقة. التوصيل داخل العراق مجاني. قد نغيّر الأسعار في أي وقت، لكن السعر الذي تدفعه هو السعر المعروض عند تقديم طلبك. إذا عُرضت قطعة بسعر خاطئ بشكل واضح، سنتواصل معك ولك أن تؤكد الطلب بالسعر الصحيح أو تلغيه مع استرداد كامل المبلغ.
الطلبات والدفع
- بعد إتمام الطلب يصلك تأكيد يتضمن رقم طلبك. يؤكد ذلك استلامنا للطلب، ولا يعني قبوله بعد.
- نقبل الدفع بالتحويل عبر زين كاش أو كي كارد فقط، باستخدام البيانات المعروضة عند الدفع وفي رسالة التأكيد. لا نوفّر الدفع عند الاستلام.
- يرجى كتابة رقم طلبك في ملاحظة التحويل والدفع خلال ٢٤ ساعة. تُلغى الطلبات غير المدفوعة تلقائياً بعد ٢٤ ساعة.
- يُبرَم العقد بيننا عند استلامنا لدفعتك وتأكيدنا لطلبك، وتُحجز القطع لك من تلك اللحظة.
- يحق لنا رفض طلب أو إلغاؤه (مثلاً إذا لم تعد القطعة متوفرة أو تعذّر التحقق من الدفع). إذا كنت قد دفعت، نعيد لك المبلغ كاملاً.
التوصيل والإرجاع والاسترداد
يرد التوصيل في سياسة التوصيل، والإرجاع والإلغاء والاسترداد في سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد، وكلتاهما جزء من هذه الشروط.
الملكية الفكرية
اسم أورنوفيا ديكور وشعار OV وأسماء القطع والتصاميم والصور وجميع النصوص على هذا الموقع ملك لأورنوفيا ديكور. يمكنك مشاركة الروابط والصور لأغراض شخصية غير تجارية مع الإشارة إلى @ornovia.iq. لا يُسمح بنسخ تصاميمنا أو صورنا أو هويتنا لأغراض تجارية دون موافقتنا الخطية.
استخدام الموقع
يرجى عدم إساءة استخدام الموقع: لا محاولات للدخول غير المصرّح به أو تعطيل عمله أو تقديم طلبات وهمية أو إرسال رسائل مخالفة للقانون أو مسيئة عبر نموذج الاستفسار. يحق لنا إيقاف وصول من يفعل ذلك.
مسؤوليتنا تجاهك
نحن مسؤولون عن تسليم قطع مطابقة لوصفها وخالية من العيوب، كما هو مبيّن في سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد. لسنا مسؤولين عن خسائر لم يكن بالإمكان توقّعها، أو عن ضرر ناتج عن سوء الاستخدام أو التركيب الخاطئ أو تجاهل إرشادات العناية والسلامة، أو عن تأخير بسبب ظروف خارجة عن سيطرتنا المعقولة (مثل سوء الأحوال الجوية أو إغلاق الطرق أو حالات الطوارئ العامة).
بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون، تقتصر مسؤوليتنا الكاملة عن أي طلب على المبلغ المدفوع لذلك الطلب. لا شيء في هذه الشروط يحدّ من مسؤولية لا يجوز تحديدها قانوناً، أو من حقوقك القانونية كمستهلك.
القانون والنزاعات
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية العراق، وتختص محاكم بغداد بالنظر في أي نزاع. إذا كنت تقيم خارج العراق فإنك تحتفظ بأي حماية إلزامية للمستهلك في بلدك. إذا حدثت أي مشكلة، يرجى التواصل معنا أولاً — سنسعى دائماً لحلّها مباشرة.
تتوفر هذه الشروط باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، وفي حال وجود أي اختلاف بينهما تُعتمد النسخة العربية.
التعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. النسخة المنشورة في هذه الصفحة عند تقديم طلبك هي التي تنطبق على ذلك الطلب.

About these terms
These terms apply to your use of ornoviadecor.com and to every order placed with Ornovia Decor (“we”, “us”), a sculptural lighting and art décor business based in Al-Mansoor, Baghdad 10011, Iraq. By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Returns & Refunds Policy and our Delivery Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
Our pieces
Each piece is finished by hand, so small variations in colour, gloss and surface are part of its character and are not defects. Photographs show the pieces in styled rooms; sizes and colours on screen are a close guide, not an exact match. Dimensions are approximate.
Our lamps are made for indoor use. Use only the bulbs and power adapter supplied or recommended, keep them away from water and heat sources, and do not open or modify the electrical parts.
Prices
Prices are shown in Iraqi dinars (IQD) and include any applicable taxes. Delivery within Iraq is free. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. If a piece is listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Orders and payment
- After checkout you receive an order confirmation with your order number. This confirms we received your order; it is not yet an acceptance.
- We accept payment by ZainCash or Qi Card transfer only, using the details shown at checkout and in your confirmation email. We do not offer cash on delivery.
- Please include your order number in the transfer note and pay within 24 hours. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 24 hours.
- The contract between us is formed once we have received your payment and confirmed your order. Pieces are reserved for you from that moment.
- We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if a piece is no longer available or a payment cannot be verified). If you have already paid, we refund you in full.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered in our Delivery Policy and returns, cancellations and refunds in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The Ornovia Decor name, the OV monogram, the piece names, the designs, photographs and all text on this website belong to Ornovia Decor. You may share links and images for personal, non-commercial purposes with credit to @ornovia.iq. Copying our designs, photographs or branding for commercial use is not permitted without our written consent.
Using the website
Please do not misuse the website: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit false orders or send unlawful or abusive messages through the inquiry form. We may suspend access for anyone who does.
Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for delivering pieces that match their description and are free from defects, as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation or ignoring the care and safety guidance, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (such as severe weather, road closures or public emergencies).
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq, and the courts of Baghdad have jurisdiction. If you live outside Iraq you keep any mandatory consumer protections of your country. If something goes wrong, please contact us first — we will always try to resolve it directly.
These terms are available in Arabic and English. If there is any difference between the two versions, the Arabic version prevails.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
