أين نوصّل

نوصّل إلى جميع محافظات العراق مجاناً. لا نشحن حالياً خارج العراق — إذا كنت في الخارج، تواصل معنا وسنرى ما يمكن فعله.

تجهيز طلبك

نجهّز طلبك بعد تأكيد دفعتك عبر زين كاش أو كي كارد، عادةً خلال ١–٣ أيام عمل. القطع المصنوعة حسب الطلب تستغرق وقتاً أطول، وسنخبرك بالموعد المتوقع قبل الدفع.

مدة التوصيل

بغداد: عادةً ١–٣ أيام عمل بعد الإرسال.
المحافظات الأخرى: عادةً ٣–٧ أيام عمل بعد الإرسال.
المدد تقديرية وقد تطول خلال العطل أو سوء الأحوال الجوية أو إغلاق الطرق.

يوم التوصيل

سنتصل نحن أو شركة التوصيل برقم الهاتف المسجّل في طلبك لتحديد الموعد، لذا يرجى إبقاؤه متاحاً.
يجب أن يستلم القطعة شخص بعمر ١٨ عاماً أو أكثر. تُسلَّم القطع الكبيرة إلى باب منزلك، وسيساعد المندوب في إدخالها حيثما كان ذلك آمناً.
يرجى فتح القطعة وفحصها عند الاستلام والاحتفاظ بالتغليف حتى تطمئن إليها. أبلغنا عن أي ضرر خلال ٤٨ ساعة (راجع سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد).
إذا تعذّر الوصول إليك بعد عدة محاولات، سنتواصل معك عبر البريد الإلكتروني لإعادة ترتيب التوصيل.

Where we deliver

We deliver to all governorates of Iraq, free of charge. We do not currently ship outside Iraq — if you are abroad, contact us and we will see what is possible.

When your order is prepared

We prepare your order once your ZainCash or Qi Card payment is confirmed, usually within 1–3 working days. Pieces made to order take longer; we will tell you the expected date before you pay.

Delivery times

Baghdad: usually 1–3 working days after dispatch.
Other governorates: usually 3–7 working days after dispatch.
Times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, bad weather or road closures.

On delivery day

We or our courier will call the phone number on your order to arrange a time, so please keep it reachable.
Someone aged 18 or over needs to receive the piece. Large pieces are delivered to your door; the courier will help carry them inside where it is safe to do so.
Please open and check the piece on delivery and keep the packaging until you are happy with it. Report any damage within 48 hours (see Returns & Refunds).
If we cannot reach you after several attempts, we will contact you by email to rearrange delivery.
